Re: re-installing windows

the recovery disks may work but you may lose some data. for further information, you can click help icon(?) when you run one key recover, you can take a look at the manual or the page below:

Re: Please help don't know what to do.

hi evgenito

at this point, you have two options:
- download windows iso file and install windows from scratch.
- contact lenovo support line to reset its hdd to default.

there would be no issue about recovering the image but just in case, i also suggest you to burn recovery disks. you can find some information at this thread.

hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply.

I burned the recovery discs on day 1 (twice)

What i wanted to hear are other users experiences with OKR.

Thank you

Re: IdeaPad Z570 OneKey Recovery

i meant, the thread (this one) contains solutions/suggestions for the issues you may have.but it usually work without any issue.

about the registering, to be honest i don't have any idea but did you use the turkish lenovo support site?

Re: IdeaPad Z570 OneKey Recovery

My problem is only that i'm NOT fluent in the local language,

and as such can not use the local support pages.

But thank you for the reply.

It's appreciated.
