Hi,
Recently, my system (IdeaPad Y460; Windows 7-64 bit) had started to crash a lot. So, i tried to reset it to factory settings using One Key Recovery 7.0. Instead, following error message was displayed- "The program can not find the service partition. This function is currently unavailable."
When I restart and use the OKR key, nothing happens. The system boots normally.
Also, the windows Partition Manager shows the "hidden" partition drive as 100% free. Some time back, I had created a new partition from existing Partition C using windows Partition Manager (C:- 90 GB, D:- 359 GB). Do you think it has somehow deleted the recovery files from the recovery drive? What course of action should i take? Plz, I really need to recover my system.
Thanks
