question for battery

i have couple of question

1. Is there any effect on battery if we use hibernate instead of shutdown?

2. When battery is fully charged then also its plugin will it affect battery? 

3.When we are playing game or laptop is continuously on for long time can I remove battery n use laptop directly on power. If yes then will it affect performance of laptop while using on battery?

I can very well understand your concern and care about the laptop battery.

System on hibernate does not effect the battery.

When battery is 100 percent charged then it is good to remove the power adapter and use the battery.

Yes, you can use the laptop directly on power adapter but in case of power failure the laptop will power off abnormally which is not good for the laptop, there won't be any effect on battery performance.
