temp folder error

hi guys

when i try to install a program it gives me this error  

""unable to excute file in the temporary directory .setup aborted. Error 5:access is denied.""

but when i run with with administrator ir works perfectly , but something is confusing which is iam already the administrator sooo :/ i hope someone can help me i think its something with the temp folder

Hi,

you may be the only user of your pc,

that does not mean however that you are the admin.

Since you can delete  when you choose 'admin'

that shows that there is no error,there's nothing wrong with the temp folder.
