upgrade RAM

hi

i want to upgrade my RAM of my Y550. I see in the doc the max amount is 8GB (2*4GB) but it's not said that the speed (1066) is the max speed. Can i change for 1333MHz 8Gb instead my 1066MHz 4GB?

Though 1333 memory may work fine,
it most likely will run at 1066 anyhow.
