re-install power management, and press fn + f6 to activate touchpad.

Alright something about the new IE beta doesnt like this site.

Randomly when i start my laptop the mouse touchpad wont work, or the wuick buttons wont work. It doesnt happen at the same time and only happens 1 out of 10 times.

To fix it all I have to do is restart but its annoying and should NOT be happenning.

It sounds to me like it might be a problem with the Synaptics touchpad drivers. Try reinstalling those to see if anything changes.

if it's been long using windows, performing clean installation may fix your issue.
