y560 multiple problems

I have a Y560 that is nearly the 1 yr old mark, and its been at the depot for nearly 3 weeks now

The hard drive initially died following a chkdsk test, and they sent me a 5G  5400 replacement for a 5G 7200, when I sent it back, they stated they didn't a correct replacement, and to call back later

then the slide nav and one theater button function started giving me problems just from slight movement of the chassis

which appears to be a bad solder joint or faulty motherboard.

and they are telling me that it needs a new keyboard

Has anybody else had this much problem with a brand new Y560???????
