y570 special buttons not lit

the special buttons (volume control, fan control and one key theatre button) of my y570 no longer light up. 

anyone have a similiar problem before?

Does anyone know if i can change the thermal management settings on a Y570 without pressing the key on the top right?

My key is not working anymore

All touch sensitive buttons above the keyboard don't work and remain completely dark?

Could be a bad connection or broken cable.

Sorry, I don't know how to change the thermal management settings without pressing the appropriate button,

but you may try by changing power scheme to High Performance in Lenovo Energy Management and see if fan revs up,
maybe also consult Lenovo Tech Support before the warranty runs out...
