z560 video

My Z560 is selecting DVD movies it previously was playing.Now it plays only few DVDs,pls what do i do?

Hello Uduakobong

 

Are you playing the DVD from optical drive or hard disk

 

If playing from hard disk what is the error message you are getting, if optical drive not playing the disc then please try lens cleaner and uninstall the drive driver from device manager and restart the laptop.

i have tired it but its not working.DVDs it previously palyed is now rejected.Its only playing VCD now
