Just received my z570, but it won't turn on, and Lenovo recovery won't work, it won't even launch BIOS. Tech support was friendly but no help at all, and I don't want to wait another 2~3 weeks to send this back and get another one. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm this close to just asking for an immediate refund or launching a credit dispute with my credit card company.

I, too, have a similar issue with my z570. I bought it refurbished and just received it 2 days ago. The first night it turned on and I went through the setup process just fine and I was actually liking it a lot. Then on the 2nd nite, it didn't turn on at all. None of the lights are lit even with the a/c plugged in. It just appears dead now. I had already tried the trick of removing the battery and the a/c, holding the power button for 30-40 secs, put back the battery, etc.... several times already but without any results. What should I do now?
