List of BlueTooth devices listed however unable to connect - No connect tab.

Question

When trying to pairing BlueTooth devices, the devices are visible when using the laptop to search for the devices. When trying to connect, there is no connect tab. Tried "Right-Click" on the device to select Connect however the connect tab is missing.

Answer

Follow the step provided below.

 

  1. Go to Control Panel
  2. Select Programs and Features
  3. Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++
  4. Uninstall the Lenovo Bluetooth driver
  5. Reboot laptop
  6. Install Lenovo Bluetooth driver
  7. Reboot
  8. Install Microsoft Visual C++
  9. Test paring.
