Lenovo G41 2882 overheating

Hiya all, likely remember my last thread only a post or two down. Anywho, Ive started to do light gaming on my lenovo, Planning on getting that ram upgrade but iam worried, I think its over heating >> The fan on it are putting out very very hot heat and the moniter hookups around the back of the laptop are hot to the touch, like finger burning hot, I have an external usb fan coming one of these days but i worry its not enough, Should I just give up on my pipe dream of gaming on the lenovo and try to invest in a newer lappy with better ventalation and such? Or is it worth putting money into upgrading?

Betreff: Lenovo G41 2882 overheating

Open the Laptop block the fan with a tooth pick or match and blow with compressed air from outside through the fan ribs into the laptop.

It seems, that dust block the air output of the fan.
