Hej guys,
I got a problem with my video driver.
I cant play games and i cant connect my laptop to a tv anymore.
The problems all started when i installed w7 for the second time on my laptop.
Before the install the video driver and all worked fine.
I tried to get a other driver but i cant fix the problem.
I hope you all can help me out with this problem.

Welcome to the forum!
What's the full 7-character model number of your Z61m, located on the same sticker on the bottom that shows the production date and the serial number (please do NOT post the serial #) ?

It works better under Windows 7 than without video driver and even better, than the generic driver from Windows update ![]()
The Thinkpad T60 - generation and older (Z61 - series included) are not officially supported by Lenovo with Windows 7 - drivers.

is illogical to put Windows 7 on the Z61m.
no support for windows 7.
hardware and the bus transfer rates are limited (sata 1).
therefore, your proposal is purely theoretical.
Unrealistic.

While it may sound illogical to you, W7 works very well for many of us on older ThinkPads, including Z61m/t/p.
