Lost key - docking station lock

Hi all...

I am using a Z61t with an advanced thinkpad dock (Lenovo part # 250310U). Unfortunately....i lost the key for the security lock.

Is there anyway i can get a duplicate key (LOL) coz the laptop is still docked and i need to travel next week. What are my options ?

Thank you so much for this post. A google search brought up this forum and I was able to re-order keys for my docking station with your advice. The keys were ordered on a Friday and delivered on Monday (to Canada) -- The company that provided the service (ITexchange) delivered as promised.

Lenopc: how much did they ding you for shipping? I'm looking at buying replacemnts and they want to charge close to 40 bucks for keys that cost 20.

Actually no....

After purchasing three keyless advanced mini docks at a used computer store last year, I approached various locksmiths in an attempt to get replacement keys. I was consistently told that they had no access to the key blanks. The only option was to get the keys from ITexchange. I don't remember the exact cost of shipping, but I I remember it being a bit expensive, but not outlandish.
