Please Select Boot Device

I want to get rid of this stupid blue screen that pops up before Windows start-up.

Its not an error, it just forces me to choose a boot device every time the computer is restarted. Windows is fine and all, and I can boot into it, but everytime i restart my comp. I have to deal with this stupid screen!

It gives me the options of :

Sata
USB

IDE

I believe the boot time out is only for selecting an OS, rather I think it is from the BIOS but I can't figure out what to change so it stops annoying me!

press F3 when the screen pops up
