ThinkPad Z60t - M.a.t.s.h.i.t.a (Panasonic) Ultrabay Drive (DVD-RAM UJ-832) firmware problem. [ Edited ]

Hello. I own the Thinkpad Z60t, 2511-FFG notebook. 
There is the M.a.t.s.h.i.t.a (Panasonic) CD-RW/DVD Combo II Ultrabay Slim Drive (DVD-RAM UJ-832) drive in my notebook. This drive is not able to recognize some new blank high speed CD/DVD medias. The Sony and HP Compaq released for their notebooks with M.a.t.s.h.i.t.a UJ-832 drive a new firmware, which repairs this error. These firmwares don´t work on the noteeboks of IBM/LENOVO because of the built-in restrictions (only for Sony or HP Compaq). Please, could you send me the firmware update for Thinkpad Z60t, M.a.t.s.h.i.t.a UJ-832 CD-RW/DVD Combo II Ultrabay Slim Drive, at least the version 1.03, like the Sony and HP Compaq did for their costumers.

Did you finally got the firmware update for DVD RAM UJ-832 ?

I do have as well a thinkpad Z60t and I have been dealing trying to get them

Any idea? or advice?

Unfortunately, I did't got any firmware update from lenovo. Lenovo, appears phlegmatic to their customers who have bought Z60t notebook... So I try buy and use only functional CD/DVD medias or writing CD/DVD on other PC...
