Touch pad mouse not working

Hi Everybody-

 

  Each time I start my IBM Z61M, the touch pad and track ball bouse does not work. If I plug in a Lenovo usb mouse, that will work. Has anybody experienced this before ?? and if so,,what was the solution??

hey dsward,

try uninstalling the current UltraNav drivers for your unit, let windows install its own generic drivers.

test it and then download the latest UltraNav drivers from http://support.lenovo.com
