Re: WIRELESS TO USE WPA SECURITY

Welcome to the forum!

ThinkPad G40 (2389-3HU)

P4 2.4GHz, 256MB RAM, 40GB HDD, 15 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, 24x10x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD, 802.11b Wireless(MPCI), Modem(CDC), Ethernet(LOM), FDD, 12 cell Li-Ion battery, WinXP Pro

Your current wireless card dows not support anything but WEP. Replacing it with a newer one such as Intel 2200BG would be a small but worthwhile investment...

Good luck.

Cheers,

George
