Z60m Default Wallpaper (Keyboard Mirror Image)

I have just restored my factory settings from the Default Factory partition using Lenovo System Restore.

All drivers have now been restored using system update etc however I am missing the default wallpaper which is the mirror image of the keyboard.

Does anyone know if this is normally installed as part of the restore process under the IBM configuration?

Also where can I now obtain this wallpaper?

Ok I have managed to find the solution to my problem.

When I had performed the factory restore I had actually interupted the process as I thought that it had hung.

Once I had performed the factory restet again and allowed it to fully complete, it restored everything including all of the Lenovo Thinkvantage software and drivers and desktop wallpaper.
