hi all
where i can found the original, first version of BIOS for Lenovo 3000 n500? what is factory version?
Problem: upgraded with new version, and now my PC is very hot.
63-65C at idle, 79-83C at 3D gaming. (no dust)
first installed 1.10, then downgraded to 1.09, flash's from here:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/documen
update: downgraded to ver 1.03, but nothing effect. Need factory version.
some new questions:
1. can i control my cooler fans manually by some software? Processor is Mobile Intel Pentium Dual Core T3200 (Merom-2M), Win7 64bit
2. what is maximum temperature of my PC (critical)?

Did you load defaults settings?
You can try this:
http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mob
I think it's version 1.08. Do it under your own responsability.

- Yes, you can control fans from software.
- This is your microproccesor info. Maximum temperature is 100 ºC for the entire laptop. If you get closer, you need to reduce it.
Best regards.
1. im found so much softwares, but these dont recognize my fan, and only show temperatures.. So, maybe you have some software reccomend me?

I don't use any fan control software. So, this time, I can't help you. But, just Google it and try one who works! Be patient. When you got one, post here to help other users.
Yes, you can flash over any 32 bits platform (in other words, that will work).
Regards.
