3000n100 recovery

Please help!!!
My hard drive hase crashed and I have replaced it with a 400gig new one also purchaced a set of rescue and recovery CD's from lenovo suport, as mine were corrupted, Now when I tried to recover the drive to factory settings I get to the disc 2of 5 and it comes up with the following error
"Recov32 Error copying file D:\recovery cmz2cus.002 error 23:data errror (cyclic redundancy check)

What am I doing wrong and what can I do to fix it so that I do not end up throwing this through the window onto the rubbish heap!!!

Ask for another dvd or cd disc that one is maybe damaged

Thank You I have done that and still have the same problem with the 2nd set of discs
