Are the coolers in G560 and in G555 same?

Hi!

 

I need your help. I want to set up new cooler in my G555 and I could buy such but from G560 model. Are they same?

Hi ivanishyn and welcome to the community,

 

It looks to me like the fans are different between those two.

 

It looks like a fan from a g450, g450a, g450m, g455 and a g550 will fit. The Model number on the fan itself should read, AB7005MX-ED3.  

 

It looks like the heat sink is specific to your machine.  ATOOT0020R0 should be the number on the heat sink itself.  

 

It looks like things changed between the Models GX5X  and the GX6X.
