Whenever I plug in my external hdd or other device (like iPod) in any of the three usb ports I get an error that the drive is not accessible... I would need to reboot the system with the external device plugged in the USB ports in order for it to be recognized by the system.
The external devices works fine on the other laptops / desktops.
Ensure you have the latest drivers from the Lenovo Support site here.
