B570 can't remove memory stick

I have put my Memory Stick Pro into my laptop's card reader. The system actually recognized it and I can browse the Memory Stick's contents, but there's no possible way I can think of of how to get the Memory Stick out of the reader. It's way deep in to the finger, and I even tried to get it out with paper clips and the dummy card, but no luck.

Can someone enlighten me how to get my Memory Stick out, and what's the proper way of putting it in (so next time I can get it out much easier)?

try this:

-push the memory card until you hear a click.
-gently pull the memory card out of the memory card slot.
