B575 Screen Flicker

My B575's screen occassionally has flickering horizontal lines appear.

I read that I can fix this problem tightening some screws, but the instructions I read were for a different Lenovo laptop. 

What are the steps I should take for a B575?

Can you check if the settings your laptop is on 50Hz or 60Hz? Also try booting into BIOS and see if there are any flickering there.

This issue might be with your Display driver. You need to install the updated display driver according to your Operating System from the below mentioned web link.

You can also update your BIOS from there also.
