Battery Life Span mode problem

I updated energy management software (I think wrong version...) and lifespan mode doesn't work anymore.
I already did battery calibration.
Any suggestions are welcomed.

Spec:

Windows 7 sp1

G475

Search "sleep mode" in the start menu search to re-enable it.
