Hi!
Recently my battery just stopped charging. I thought something was wrong with the cable of the AC adapter, as twisting it a bit to one side allowed the battery to charge, but after too much twisting, this stopped working. The battery itself is quite new, so I just bought a new charger. It worked for a few hours and the power supply switched back just to battery again and now I can't charge the battery any more.
Does anyone know where the reason might be? The new AC adapter helped to charge the battery initially, but then it just stopped charging and wouldn't work any more. Do I need a new battery? If the problem is in the battery, why twisting of the cable of my old AC adapter helped with charging? I am really confused and would be very grateful, if anyone can help.
Thanks a lot.

Hi Zaichence13 and welcome to the Community,
Where were you twisting the cable? Where it plugs into the computer? Does wiggling the jack around in the computer make it start charging again?
