Built-In Webcam NOT Recognized

I appologize in advance if this is in the wrong section.

I have a Lenovo 3000 V100, and currently have Windows XP (2003/2007?). Anyways, it seems like the built-in webcam is not recognized as everytime I use Facebook video chat or any other program "the webcam cannot be found".

I was told I had to download Lenovo EasyCam, but could never find a valid link. I was then told to download YOUCam, but it says that I need to have a Dragon-something system to use it.

So annoying.

Help.

I tried to download the EasyCamera again, and it said it "failed to install properly. Click 'ok' to terminate installation.".
