Changing the layout of the Keypad in my Lenovo 3000 N200 notebook

Hello,

 

I have purchased a Lenovo 3000 N200 notebook in Switzerland. The layout of the keypad is Swiss German. Can i change the keypad layout to a US keyboard, i.e., change the physical keys and the underlying keypad? I know that I can change the layout by changing the input language, but that will not change the physical position of the keys.
