I bought a lenevo g560 on 9th of this month. The re-seller from whom i bought this laptop on my repeated query told me that back to school offer is not valid for delhi area.

But as we can see in the advertisements it is valid for all lenevo customers yes ranging from few models, but the model i just purchased is covered in this scheme.

This is simple cheating from the side of re-seller appointed by lenevo and wont be taken

I was and i am interested in this back to school offer.

Can any1 help me how can we first get in touch with Lenevo.

Yes, otherwise i will be filing a consumer court against the Re-seller as well as the company who appointed such.

what ad are you talking about? are you sure it doesn't say anywhere US only? as eCoupons are US...

Lenovo has no control over the behaviour of the Reseller, as they are not bounded by legal obligation towards Lenovo in such way that you think it does. 

The misrepresentation by the Reseller, is a matter for you and them to resolve. The only thing Lenovo can do in the future, is to not use them as resellers.

What i want is to avail the offer which was aplicable on the laptop i purchased as simple as anything could be.

Else to go take that headache but we do get a payback for that.
