I had currently bought a new IBM lenovo b470, a business class laptop. I am very much happy with the feature and design of this laptop but after a week i was shocked to see that some green lines starting appearing (emerging) from the bottom side of laptop screen and these lines appear only during the boot process and some initial time of windows desktop(half a minute). after that theselines go off and do not appear again till next boot up...

what kind of prolem is this. !!
laptop is just a month old.
i bought it from Saudi Arabia and i m currently in Pakistan.
what is the current warrnty claim procedure and what are the steps.
please let me know..
I am unable to find any online technical support or help kind of thing !!

i had tried changing the drivers updating them and all that stuff but no success and
finally reached here.. !!!

sorry i forgot to mention, it is a a core i3 sandy bridge(2nd generation).. with 2310 proceesor..

bro Since the laptop is in warranty, wint it void the warranty if i open its basement (ram slot) up for checking ram issue.
moreover i think that b470 comes with a single 2gb module only. !!!
i want to ask this issue from some lenovo hardware expert or something like that.
plus there are warranty claim centres located in karachi, Pakistan !!
