i'm afraid you're having hardware issue. ( possible ram or graphic card ) you can try to check if it's related to ram sticks ( remove one of them and check if the issue persists ) if it's not ram issue, you'll need hardware support.
i'm not sure if you have valid international warranty so you may need to ship it to the city where you bought.

it's probably ram/graphic card/cable issue.
to check if it's ram, please, remove/replace/swap the ram sticks and/or try to use just one ram stick at once.
