Function key for Lenovo model 7757

I have recently installed Window 7 to my laptop (model 7757).

The function keys for brightness of the screen and the volume of the sound is not working.

I don't have the lenovo disc with me.

Is there any programs online that I can installed to restore my function keys?

I think it is the Power Management driver you need.
