G530 TouchPad problem

Hi,

I have the G530 MT 4446-24U model running WIN7. The TouchPad was working intermittently and now it barely works. Sometimes the pointer will move a little.  The mouse keys work fine and an external mouse works fine. I tried reinstalling the driver, rebooting LT, turning TP on/off, and cleaning the TP to no avail. I believe the TP in bad, I can't find a part # for the TP or any documentation on how to replace it. Any help will be appreciated.
