G555 touchpad stops working.

Hi! I got a G555 laptop, and I love it.  However, during use, it will just stop working all together.   I've tried 10 different drivers, ect, nothing seems to help.  Is this a normal issue?  Will replacing the touhpad help?

Please try to update drivers & Bios.

First uninstall all the touchpad drivers from the system and also delete related software associated.

First Update the Bios

Bios - 32 Bit

Bios - 64 Bit

Then installed the drivers from the below link

 Touchpad Drivers - Windows 7 (32 Bit & 64 Bit)

Touchpad Drivers - Windows XP
