G560 Easy Camera Problems

Hi Guys, My G560 is about 3 months old and to date my camera has not worked. Image is muddy

I'm running windows 7 Home Premium. It tells me the device is working properly and the drivers are up todate but the image quality hasnt improved.

Please please help me!

I am also having problems with my G560 Easy Camera.  It was working dureing the first part of this year, but now I can not get it to turn on.    When I try to launch  CyberLink Youcam I get the error message .  Youcam can not connect to your webcam Lenovo easycam.  Try selecting another device or close any applications using this webcam and then restarts Youcam.  I do not have anything using the webcam.  Also when the face reader comes up at logon to the computer is unable to turn on the web cam.  Any suggestions?
