As i said, from around the letters asqw. I can hear the HD, but i still can hear a whistle of somekind, though it can be a faulty drive, i guess.
BTW The squealing seems to be less noisy (or maybe even dissapear) when the computer is under moderate load.
AND, there seems to be no squealing when the notebook is running without the battery (but only without!) on AC power.

here are the specs. on the off-warranty Notebook:
Model: G560 (0679-ALU)
BIOS: 29CN31WW(V2.16)
Hard disk: Sata WDC WD3200BPVT - 24ZEST0
CPU: Intel P6200 2.13Ghz
OS: Win7 64bit
RAM 2X 2GB - 4GB total
Factory ID: PRC4
MO: CB01040618
Did the following:
- System Recovery plus System repair
- tried on Battery only and plugged-in
- tried remove 1 stick RAM then the other
Same results however it change after System Recovery to Factory.... now Blue Screen for about 1.2 seconds then Reboots.... over and over and over....!!
Does anyone know if the WD HDD has been recalled? Please help, any suggestions will help. Thanks in advance!
