My Lenovo B570 Laptop has been having problems lately. It's only a month old but has frequent issues.
My first issue is that it will shut off randomly no matter what I'm doing. I'll be online checking my email or whatever, then the screen is black and the power light is off. It's been happening nearly every day, and I'm going to college soon so I don't want it cutting out when I need it most.
My second problem is that occasionally when I start up the laptop, be it normally or after the random shut offs, it will not log in correctly. It happens whether I use the fingerprint scanner or type in the password. It will say "Welcome", then it will say "Please Wait", but it will not go away no matter how long I wait, and I've left it for 20 minutes like that before.
My third and most recent issue is that the laptop sometimes freezes or all programs stop working and remain unusable. When I am able to successfully start up and log in, I open any program and it will open, then immediately it will say "Not Responding". When this happens and I click anywhere else, everything becomes unusable, even the Start menu.
My solution to all of these problems has been to hold down the power button until the laptop shuts off, start it in Safe Mode, then restart it. I've installed McAfee antivirus and Malwarebyte's anti-malware software and scanned the entire laptop, but there have been no detections with either. If anyone has been having similar problems, and/or has a solution to my dilemma, I'd like to say thank you in advance.

Hi, try calling the lenovo support team in your country and tell them about your laptop's problem. i presume that since it's still new then it's under a warranty service. Also does your lenovo comes with a pre installed software? if it does then i guess you just need to bring it to the nearest lenovo service partner. I'm not sure though if reinstalling software is covered by a warranty service but the way i see it your laptop just need its software/OS to be reinstalled, properly.

It has been doing this even before I installed the software. If fact, I installed it to try to figure out the source of the problem.

Thanks yigit. That seems to have helped. The random shut offs appears to have stopped, but the freezing after start up still occurs. I am suspecting that it may actually have something to do with all the antivirus and antimalware programs that I installed.
