it didn't work. nothing works, very desperate, because i know that somewhere there is someone that can tell me the sequance. i just can't find him (-:

so i am pretty much lost, and i will just have to buy a new screen

just one question thought: when u say a line down the middle, what are we talking about here? this means u will not use it as a main screen? or are we talking about something very insignificant?

A thin band of lit blue pixels. (From what I remember.)

Check Example #2 on THIS site.

Similar, just one row of lit pixels.

Could be used temporarily to get the bios set properly.

ok now im really in a ditch. i found an LCD screen on eBay for 85. this is the same resolution screen. Than, i saw another one with a better resolution. This was 115. not a big difference. So i said to myself - i should pay that bit extra, and get the higher res one.

Now U have this screen U will sell me for so cheap. I am confused )-: Because for 115 bucks i can buy a 'real' LCD screen (20 inch at least) and use it as my main screen.

  i am very bad at making decisions.
