If you match these symptoms and qualify based on the terms in the tip, please contact service to have the battery replaced.
Service SHOULD NOT refer you to another page for automatic scans and ordering of the battery. Service should check your battery barcode and your model and serial number and send you a replacement if you qualify, up to 6 months beyond normal warranty end date. AS PER THE REVISION - THIS 6 MONTH PERIOD ENDED OCT 1, 2008
