one of my customers having touch pad issue in his Lenovo B460 laptop. how can i up date bios? or how can i assist him?

currently there's no bios update right now.
try to re-install/update touchpad drivers from the link below:

Hi ruwan,

 

I would highly recommmend you contact the service centre as they should be able to asist you accordingly with your issue. Based on what you've explained over here could be a driver issue.
