Lenovo 3000 N200 power connector shems

I own a Lenovo 3000 N200. It is not more under warranty. The power connector(yellow) is detached from 5 threads(2x black, 2x blue, 1x red). I'd weld these thread, but I don't know in what order. Can you tell me where I can find a connection diagram or if anyone know how I should connect these threads. The thread is attached with a label on which it is written: FOXCONN DC301000J00 0819. Thank you for your help.
