Lenovo 3000 V200 overheated

Hey, my laptop Lenovo 3000 V200 always overheated all the time. I just use it for like 30 mins, and it start very hot and auto shutdown. I try fix it, so I open the case, but it is really hard to open it and I worry I may broke it. So, anyone have any suggesting for me to fix my PC. Thank you very much!
