Some keys of the keypad are not working due to hardware compatibility. I suggest you to please perform the following steps.

- My Computer-> right click-> hardware-> device manager.
- Double click on the keyboard
- Right click on the standard 101/102-key
- click uninstall.
- Reboot the system keyboard driver will install automatically, and check if the issue resolved.
