Lenovo 3000C100 switches to Caps without input

My 3000C100 switches to CAPS mode without turning on the CAPS light or any input from me. Sometimes ot returns to normal after a few minutes but often I have to turn the computer off and restart to cure it; Any ideas? **bleep**
