Hi,
I've been having some issues lately with my laptop. It comes with a fingerprint scanner, but as of yesterday is stopped working. Normally I can login by swiping my finger, but now it doesn't even show up. It usually has 3 users slots on the login screen. Mine, my sisters, and another slot for the fingerprint scanner. Now that third one doesn't even show up. My fingerprint scanner isn't reading anything at all, nor is it even showing up in many places. I have no idea what could have caused this. Any help?
I'm running Windows 7 64bit on my Lenovo B570.
I'm not sure if it's related, but when I went to check my drivers to see if it was a driver issue, I found that a bunch of hardware was not working due to driver issues. They wouldn't let me update, giving me a Code 31 error, saying that the file could not be found. The ones that aren't working are listed below.
Microsoft 6to4 Adapter
Microsoft ISATAP Adapter
Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface
WAN Miniport (IKEv2)
WAN Miniport (IP)
WAN Miniport (IPv6)
WAN Miniport (L2TP)
WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)
WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
WAN Miniport (PPTP)
WAN Miniport (SSTP)
If anyone could help me fix this, I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've attempted to figure out how, but could you explain to me how to load BIOS defaults? The only thing I could find are System defaults and that sounds an awful lot like a system restore and I have files on here that I'd rather not lose and no way of backing them up.
Also, by looking for the drivers, I've figured out that Windows 7 doesn't support WAN so I guess I can ignore those since I don't need them(though it makes me wonder why they're there at all. Perhaps if I had decided to put XP on this laptop?)
