Hello. I am new to forums and stuff. I have a problem with lenovo repair. I have a lenovo b570 laptop that i've sent in for repair. It has been over a month now and my laptop is on hold again for the fourth time. The first time i can excuse because i neglected the email they sent me for a couple a days. Then lenovo put my laptop on hold for service parts shortage 3 times now. I didn't call them yet. I was hoping on getting answers here.
The repair for the laptop includes
Loose headphone jack and lcd problems (hinge and bezel)

I have the same situation. I am very upset with ideapad z575 – the comp stopped working after 4 months. I had to ship it twice to lenovo repair facility. It’s still there. I’m very frustrated.
