Lenovo G455 Bluetooth issue

Was using a Lenovo bluetooth mouse and it abruptly stop responding. Tried to sync back up but was unable to. Replaced batteries and tried to sync up again, no luck.The sync light on the mouse is flashing, so I am assuming the mouse is functional.

 

This laptop is only three months old. Any suggestions?

remove and replace the device again.

also, make sure you activated bluetooth ( by pressing fn + f5 then select bluetooth on/off, switch the wireless button )
