Lenovo G460: Volume behaves erratic

Hallo!

I was glad with my Lenovo G460... until the volume started to behave erratically.

All of a sudden the volume goes up and down, without any interaction from my side, as if the touch pad volume controls were pressed. That makes both visuals and audio annoying (the volume leds blink).

 

Has anybody experienced something similar?

 

Service Control is anly an answering machine... It's urgent!
