Lenovo G560 Wi-fi Problem

Got Lenovo G560
From the very begining had problem with WiFi (all of suden stop working, after restart might work again). Tried to go to the shop but couldn't show the problem, cause at that time it worked well. Problem repeted 2-3 times per day continually, more than anoying.!
Customer's service took laptop, found WLAN Bradcom device failure, replaced with Atheros...so far works well....
Buttttttttttt ..... the other problem with the cooler just killing. After sleep fun never stops even if no program runing......

P.S.
I have read a lot on this forrum and see that you guys have prety much the same....
What is it???? Failure of Lenovo on producing budget line or ........... ?????????????

you may need to clean the fan ( dust )

Laptop is less then two months old..
Besides, problem apear after sleep .....(

try to re-install power management and flash bios update.
