My brother's Lenovo G560 laptop's keyboard stopped working really abruptly, he was trying to log in to Facebook; when he went to type in his password, nothing on the keyboard worked.
What could possibly be causing this? We restarted it, tried to launch in safe mode (which wasn't possible as the arrow keys weren't working), he managed to log in to his computer with the on screen keyboard and has to type there for now, which is why I'm submitting this post.
If you have any ideas as to how we could fix this; please let me know!

P.S. Just to be clear... NONE of the keys are working AT ALL. The track pad and left and right click work, the on/off button works, but that is all.
